In accordance with C.G.S. §§ 7-148b through 7-148f, 47a-20, and 47a-23c, the Fair Rent Commission ("Commission") was established to regulate and prevent excessive rental charges for housing accommodations within the Town. The Commission is responsible for fulfilling the purposes, duties, and responsibilities outlined in these statutes, as well as any future amendments related to fair rent commissions.
