The Commission consists of 5 members and has not yet established a set meeting schedule. However, it is expected to meet as often as necessary to hear and address complaints filed with the Commission and to fulfill its duties. The Town of Fairfield, Connecticut, has established a Fair Rent Commission to address excessive rental charges and ensure compliance with housing standards.
