The city of Hartford has partnered with Headspace to offer free access to mindfulness and personalized meditation resources to all Hartford residents, students, city employees and public-school employees through the Headspace app.
Law students can join for free! The mission of the Mindfulness in Law Society (MILS) is to enhance well-being in the legal profession by educating it about the benefits of mindfulness meditation, yoga, and other contemplative practices.
Free mindfulness/meditation sessions in person and via zoom across the state. Site also contains pre-recorded guided mindfulness sessions in English and Spanish.
